#BuffaloIndianRestaurant is a culinary gem located in Laramie. Amazing Indian cuisine with some very special dishes, Some of which I’d never seen before. My husband also raved about our visit and would give it 6 out of 5 stars. For appetizer we had #Momo Which are chicken Dumplings of Himalayan Origin. While they are typical dumplings, the dipping sauce really makes them unique and special. It’s a Sesame-Tomato Sauce that has wonderful unique Indian flavors. The awesome sauce complimented the juicy dumplings well. We then enjoyed the #tomatoCoconutSoup it was a wonderful chef special. Lovely tomato flavors with great Indian spices. It’s like an Indian amped up tomato soup with sweet creamy coconut, instead of heavy cream. For mains we shared a lovely #MangoLambCurry A Classic Indian Curry Cooked in Spiced Mango Sauce with a touch of Fresh-Grated Ginger. It was tasty and the mango gave it great sweetness that went well with the luscious lamb and curry sauce. We also shared a #ChickenBiryani Steam Cooked rice Sauteed with Onion, Ginger, Coriander and Biryani Spices. It’s served with Raita. It’s one of south Asia’s favorite dishes and I see why. Both of our mains we opted for 4 out of 5 stars of heat, 5 being traditional Indian spicy. The 4 is very spicy. Most places 4 isn’t really that spicy compared to traditional Indian spicy however Buffalo Indian Restaurant does spice traditionally so a 4 is very spicy. My husband went with a lovely #MangoLassi which helped calm the flames of the spicy meal. We also ended with a traditional Indian #MasalaChai Tea made with Milk and spices it was a Lovely way to end an incredible meal. We had enough to take leftovers home for another meal. When we visit Laramie, Wyoming we will definitely return.
